If no one answers the door at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package in a safe spot, such as your porch, with a neighbour, or another secure area on your property. Do your orders arrive in discreet packaging?

I’ve received an email to say my order has arrived in store, but the store cannot locate it. What do I do?
As you have received the email notification, this confirms that your order has arrived in store. Due to the busy period and the high volume of parcels, it is possible that our in-store colleagues are experiencing some difficulty in locating your order. In most cases, the courier takes a photograph upon delivery, which may assist store staff in identifying and finding your parcel. Please speak with the store team and reference this, as it may help them to locate your order promptly. If needed, we can provide a copy of the photo for you.
It is past the last date to order in time for Christmas, am I able to get any products in time?
If the final date to place orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery has now passed, selected products may still be available to print in store before Christmas, subject to availability. I recommend checking on the In store printing services page for details of what is available in which stores.
I ordered before the Christmas cut-off date, but my estimated delivery date still says after Christmas. Why?
Our automated system provides estimated delivery dates without taking into account our special holiday operations. Rest assured, during this festive period, our team is working around the clock, to ensure your order arrives before Christmas. Due to these efforts, our lead times are much quicker. If you placed your order before the Christmas cut-off date, you will receive it on or before Christmas Eve, regardless of the automated delivery dates.
Can delivery times be affected by weather conditions?

Choosing standard options instead can help expedite the process, ensuring your photobook arrives in time for the festive season. We also offer an express delivery option on most products. This is found after you add to the shopping basket. Please note, the express delivery speeds up the delivery only and does not affect the time it takes to manufacture your personalised products. What are your opening times over the Christmas period?
Our helpful CEWE Customer Service are available between 8am and 10pm daily. On Christmas Eve, we will be closing at 1pm. We will be taking a festive break on Christmas Day, so our team can enjoy their celebrations with their family and friends. You can still place orders on our website during this time, but please note that service will resume on December 26th when our normal hours begin again.
When will my order be delivered if I place it before the Christmas cut-off date?
If you place your order before or on our Christmas cut-off date, it will be delivered by Christmas Eve, ensuring your festive moments are captured in time. This includes deliveries on Christmas Eve itself, up until 7:00 PM.
